Added more things to the OC directory.

Cleaned up not found page, but need to find a way to properly center it.

- Added some blinkies to the front. Open to suggestions!
- Implemented this update log.
- Figured out the border.
- Configured line spacing...
- Made a directory page
- Tried writing alt text for all imagery currently depicted, save the background.
- Fixed strange link bug where the entire row 'UPDATE LOG', on the homepage, took up was clickable.
- Added descriptions to Directory page, so it isn't extraneous.
- Made an OC directory page. Have yet to make actual pages for OCs.
